ASHA Micro Finance Bank – 2026 Leadership Retreat.

It was a privilege to facilitate the ASHA Microfinance Bank Leadership Retreat—two inspiring days of meaningful conversations, shared learning, and purposeful leadership engagement.

The retreat brought together the Bank’s leadership team in an environment that encouraged open dialogue, strategic thinking, and collaboration. From the first session to the final discussion, the level of participation, energy, and commitment demonstrated by every leader created an atmosphere where ideas were challenged, perspectives were broadened, and practical solutions emerged.

It was particularly encouraging to see the active involvement of the CEO, Funmilola Paseda Oladoyinbo and the entire leadership team throughout the programme. Their willingness to engage, learn, and contribute reinforced the importance of leadership that is visible, intentional, and committed to continuous growth.

Beyond the discussions and learning sessions, the retreat served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen alignment, reinforce a shared vision, and equip the leadership team with the mindset and behaviours required to lead with greater purpose and impact.
