Tunde Falase is the Managing Director / CEO Braincraft and Faculty lead for the Braincraft Knowledge series. He is a chartered accountant and a seasoned Marketing, Human Resources and Management professional , with 20 years  of  senior management and  Board level experience in key roles in blue chip multinationals, across various geographies.

A former Human Resource Director and Marketing Director of Cadbury Nigeria  Plc and a former Marketing Director of Guinness Nigeria Plc, his 20 year blue chip FMCG experience also saw him head up Finance, Strategy and Professional Training roles across many markets including the UK , Russia, Africa India and the Middle East.

Tunde was a member of both the Strategy and Marketing Faculties for Cadbury Schweppes and the Diageo Brand Building Academy. In these capacities he has conducted many training programmes in Marketing, Human Resources, Strategy and Management  across the globe. He is a member of the Institute of Management  Consultants.

Having  trained and coached  more than 2,000 senior  managers  across  Europe, the Middle East an d Africa, Tunde’s training philosophy is to go beyond  teaching and to put a premium on imparting learning through the Knowledge Series.
