Pauline Ekwueme has up to thirteen years’ experience as a facilitator, and trainer who has delivered numerous seminars and workshops across Nigeria. She has core expertise in Training & Development, Leadership, Contact Centre Management, Quality Assurance Management, Telemarketing and Customer Services.

Pauline has a unique training delivery style that her delegates have come to love. She communicates clearly and passionately with a rare ability to connect with her delegates at the deepest level. With her style, she is able to not just teach concepts to her delegates, but she is always able to inspire, energise and motivate them to make significant changes in their professional and private lives.

Pauline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Delta State University, Abraka, and a certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001-2000-Quality Management Systems) from Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON).
Her work experiences include stints in Phillips Consulting, Airtel Nigeria, Customer Contact Solutions Nigeria Limited and Jumia Nigeria; where she was the head of customer service.
