Elikem Sika Nyatefe has diverse experiences in various industries including Management Consulting, Education and information Technology sectors. She holds an Msc in Management, Information Systems and Innovation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelors with Honours degree in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom. She also has some software testing expertise. She is an avid researcher and excels in anything she is involved with, and she is a double distinction holder from the aforementioned universities.

Elikem has international experience working with clients in the United Kingdom, Ghana and Nigeria. As the Director of Corporate Affairs at Rhythm of Hope Foundation (RHF), Elikem presents objectives of the drama project to heads of schools in Ghana, to help them understand the concept of using drama as an innovative educational tool particularly in the study of literature. Prior to RHF, Elikem worked at MRL Public Sector Consultants Ltd, UK as an Analyst Consultant and worked on various projects at the London School of Economics including her role as a postgraduate consultant for a telecommunications provider in the UK.

Elikem brings a passionate and informed style to her facilitation skills as a valued member of the Braincraft Faculty.
